Oregon
Justin, in the service department, saved our vacation! We were driving from Oregon to catch the ferry to Victoria and broke down in the mountains. We managed to get to Wilder VW and Justin arranged for us to leave the car with him and catch a ride on their shuttle to the ferry terminal. While we were gone, repairs were made and we were shuttled back once we returned. We got to take our (long awaited) trip, came home safely and on time because of Justin and his team. On top of that, he was incredibly friendly and very easy to work with. We couldn’t be happier!

I live in Port Orchard- so when some problem lights came on I called my local dealership. They said they couldn’t get me in for a month and a half. A friend who lives in PA said I should try Wilder - he always had good luck with them. I called and just so happened that there was a cancellation later that day. 2 hours is a long drive to have a car looked at but I was desperate- graduate road trip planned. Upon arrival I was warmly greeted by Tess and other staff. I waited in the lobby which was immaculate and offered hot coffee comfortable chairs and the baseball game on TV. After a pretty short wait Tess came and told me what they had found. She also told me that they had the part (even though my Chrysler is a 2013) and they could fix it immediately and also she had called my warranty company and it was covered! And on top of it all they washed and vacuumed my car. Five star service by far - thank you guys for taking such good care of me. Will definitely be a returning customer.
Although I didn't actually make a purchase here, I think it's worth mentioning that Lynn, Travis, Guy, and Dan Jr were all super helpful! We couldn't make a deal mostly due to my personal preference, but the numbers were more than fair considering they sell at MSRP and most other dealers are charging markups for air. I would highly recommend the Wilder Auto Group and will consider doing business with them in the future!

I didn't purchase my car here but thank you for taking care of me service department! I had a warning light on and also a recall that needed to be taken care of. I stopped in on Friday afternoon, on my way to a friends house in Puyallup, and was able to schedule an appointment for Monday on my way home to Forks. Everything was covered under warranty. I also received a complimentary car wash. You're the best! Thank you for your kindness and superior customer service!
Ellen Dearinger sold me my new car. I went into Wilder not really knowing what I wanted, just that I had certain parameters that had to be met. When I described to her my needs, she showed me some of the options that were available and said "I'm going to put you in something I'd feel safe having my own children in". She new all the answers to my questions about reliability, known issues, and the pros and cons of each vehicle I asked about.I absolutely LOVE my new car. The people here a friendly and the service is fast, high quality, and affordable. I highly recommend Ellen and will buy from her again if I'm ever in the market. She's honest and knows her stuff!

My Sweetie and I were vacationing in Olympic National Park, driving deep into the mountains when the check engine light came on the panel of our rented Volkswagen Beetle. The manual had no information, and after waiting nearly an hour for Avis roadside assistance to answer the phone, we were feeling desperate, fearing we might lose a big chunk of our precious vacation to car trouble, with nowhere to turn for help. We were able to locate the phone number for a VW dealership in nearby Port Angeles. The service department had just closed for the day, but we decided to try a Hail Mary pass and call the sales department, hoping somebody there could help us. We were immediately directed to Kevin in Sales, who after listening to a description of the problem, assured us that it was safe to drive the car for now, but to get it back to Avis at our earliest opportunity. Kevin looked up the phone number for an Avis outlet in Port Angeles, which fortunately was still open, and fortunately had a car they could swap us. Kevin didn’t have to do this. We were out of town vacationers who were not going to be buying a car from his dealership, but he patiently took the time to guide us out of our pickle. If you needed to buy a car, would you want to work with someone like that? Me too.

A week ago today we drove by Wilder VW and saw a 2017 VW Dune convertible on the lot for sale. We ran by quickly after hours and looked at it then headed home to think about it. We spent Saturday thinking about it and looked to see what their hours were on Sunday and I Loved to see that they are closed on Sundays to give their staff family time. ❤️. Monday AM we were headed back to see if we could make a deal and give it a new home. We were met by Tony Innocenzi who was all masked up and very easy and pleasant to deal with. A quick test drive and very easy negotiation and in no time we were on our way home in our new to us VW. That was the fastest car sale and delivery I’ve ever had and I just retired after 40 years in the auto industry and it was so nice to be back in a family owned dealership that is run like I so enjoyed working for years ago. The manager Kris was great and so was Kelly in F & I. If you are looking for a dealership that still knows how to treat their customers right I know you will be pleased by going to Wilder Auto. This is our 18th VW in 40 years and I can guarantee when its time to make a change again we will be back to Wilder Auto.

I got my 2018 ford focus there. The manager and Richard worked very hard to get me in the car. I will go back in a heartbeat.
